Freight (within Australia)

Delivery Methods available in our Online Shopping area are:


1. Delivery by OneWaternaturally into qualifying Postcode zones.
2. Delivery by OneWaternaturally outside qualifying Postcode zones.
3. Delivery by Nominated Carrier and the client pays freight direct to Carrier
4. Delivery by Nominated Carrier and freight is added to order
5. Client Pickup

OneWaternaturally has implemented a set of *Standard Freight Charges for small items that fit within Australia Post parcel size (less than or equal to 20kg or deemed weight where volume is equal to cubic volume divided by 250) for orders delivered by OneWaternaturally into the following qualifying zones:

• Sydney Metropolitan;
• Penrith;
• Blue Mountains;
• Wollongong,
• Gosford,
• Newcastle;
• Melbourne;
• Brisbane;
• Canberra.

1. Your status will be determined automatically based on the Postcode entered into the "Deliver To" field of the Shipping Information form.

• the current Standard Freight Charge* for small items (less than 15Kg and /or volume less than .25 of cubic meter is $25.00+gst per item;
• The current Standard Freight Charge* for all tank, heavy or bulky product per item is:

• Sydney metro area = $66
• Central Coast to Ourimbah / Terrigal and Illawarra = $125;
• Country NSW and Canberra = $330;
• Melbourne and Brisbane metro area= $450
Payment Method options for the above are:


• Secure OnLine Credit Card Transaction;
• Direct Deposit EFT;
• Offline Credit Card Transaction;
• Bank Cheque or after cheque clearance.

2. For delivery outside the qualify zones, freight cannot be determined at the time of the transaction. Complete the requested details and submit your order. We will then make contact by email or telephone with a quotation for the freight.

Payment Method options for the above are:


• Direct Deposit
• Offline Credit Card Transaction

3. You may choose a Nominated Carrier and elect to pay the Freight directly to the carrier. Please enter the Carrier details, your carrier account number and other details where requested and then submit your order.

4. You may choose a Nominated Carrier and elect OneWaternaturally to add the Freight to your order. In this case, freight cannot be determined at the time of the transaction. Complete the requested details and submit your order. We will then make contact by email or telephone with a quotation for the freight.

5. You may choose to pick up your order yourself. In this case it would be prudent to allow sufficient time for the order to be packed and invoiced. OneWaternaturally will contact you to arrange a suitable pick up time.

Freight (other countries )

Freight outside Australia is extra and will be quoted per order. The only options for payment are by cheque, funds transfer/direct deposit or off-line credit card transaction (credit card details can be supplied verbally, by fax or email).
If you are outside Australia, complete Shipping Information and choose "Other Countries".

Completing the requested contact details and selecting the option to proceed will submit the details of your order. We will then make contact by email or telephone with a quotation for the freight.
