Toroid - installation guidelines

    The Toroid series in-ground tanks are supplied as inground rainwater tanks. Warranty of the product is conditional on the installation guidelines being applied as set out below. These guidelines must be downloaded, read and applied before commencing any installation of the product(s)

        The purchaser and installer are responsible to ensure all safety standards and OH&S measures are taken from the time of delivery to completion of the installation.

    Any installation requires considerations such as:

      • Additional investigation recommended regarding the regulatory requirements for the area;
      • suitable engineering advice should be sought for particular sites regarding geotechnical, hydraulic or structural issues from independent consultants;
      • the scale, type and manner of work to be carried out when installation occurs needs to be thoroughly investigated prior to commencement;
      • before commencement a 'work method ' statement should be prepared and a safety audit outlined in a 'worksite risk accessment' statement.
