ONE WATER - successful project proposals announced

Successful Round 2 applicants for the Community Water Grants were announced this week by Senator Ian Campbell, Australian Government Minister for the Environment and Heritage and Senator Eric Abetz, Minister for Fisheries, Forestry and Conservation. The grants will help communities make a real difference to encourage better water use and improve water health through practical on-ground projects.

OneWaternaturally would like to thank all those who supported our proposed projects and can now contact us to seek results for individual organizations or to nominate interest for Round 3 applications open early-mid 2007.

“ We are delighted with the announcements made this week, a real step forward for governments and communities working together to help save our precious natural resource. A significant number of schools and other organizations will now be able to apply smart water management and education of the water wise message”. David Sparke, Managing Director.

OneWaternaturally is working with a range of community organizations to develop these proposals, cost and submit applications on behalf of these organizations. The detail and complexity is being handled through the company due to the time consuming and integrated work requiring the technical knowledge, support and experience that OneWaternaturally apply.
