    5 Star Standard

      Victoria's 5 Star Standard is estimated to cost an extra $1000 per home. Stainable Energy Authiority accredited energy raters will access all proposed new residential building designs including the fabric used and either a hot water system or a rainwater tank for toilet flushing.
