EC pressure control switch

The press control is a switching unit for a single phase and used with pressure systems not exceeding nominally 500kpa. The control is pre-wired and contains electrical power with a maximum of 10 Amps. Extreme caution should be exercised and a Presscontrol should only be fitted by a licenced electrician or pump professional.

The automated pump operating control is accomplished with an electro-mechanical device integrating flow control and magnetic switch and supported with a diaphram for balancing of the fluctuations as a relief. The inlet and outlet is brass with 25mm BSP male thread connection.

The standard controller can be applied to small to medium pumps up to 1.1Kw (1.5hp) requiring pressure in the range of 140kpa start to 375kpa shutoff in a closed pressure pipe system.

The operating parameters extend up to 15 metres from the outlet of the controller. The inlet to the controller is a closed pipe to the pump outlet and received the induced pressure from the operation of the pump.

The presscontrol is used in place of the traditional mechanical pressure switch and receiver tank combination.
